Details of IGNOU MCA PROGRAM
The program is divided into 2 semi-annual periods (January-June and July-December). There are thus two examinations per year, one in the month of June in the period between January and June and one in the month of December in the course from July to December.
Students are free to participate in any of the University’s exams during the year, subject to fulfillment of the minimum time period and other formalities prescribed for the course.
Duration of MCA Programme
The minimum time required by the university to complete the degree is 3 years and relaxation for the students up to a maximum of 6 years.
Eligibility Criteria for admission to IGNOU MCA 2020
Any bachelor’s degree of a minimum duration of 3 (three) years from a recognized university and mathematics as one of the 10 + 2 or graduation level subjects; otherwise the applicant is expected to take and pass the BCS12 course at the same time as IGNOU MCA.

Steps for filling Online Application forms
1.Download and read the 2019 Information Brochure carefully and you can download Programm
2. Before filling out the online application form, please ensure your eligibility for the program
3.Click the “REGISTER YOURSELF” button that appears in the login area of the applicant and fill out the registration details required.
4.Click on the “SUBMIT” button after completing the mandatory information.
5.Your username will be sent to you by e-mail and SMS immediately.
6.If you have already registered, i.e. you are a current user, from the Online Admission website, click the “Login” button and then connect to your username and password by clicking the “Log in” button on the login screen.
7.Complete personal information, details of the curriculum, certification details and descriptions of correspondence.
8.Upload Scan Photo(less than 100 KB) and Signature(less than 50 KB).
9.Pay the application fee by credit / debit card (Master / Visa / Rupay) and online banking.
10. When your image and signature have been downloaded, press the next button. You’ll get the option to preview the form. For future reference, save/print your form
